RUA was founded by Orla Octigan and Michael Keohane, both from Baltimore in Co. Cork, Ireland. Friends from childhood, they founded RUA on the core principles of people-first, full service management whilst retaining a personable touch. 

With established careers across film, television, and professional services, they came together with a shared vision: to create a 360° talent agency defined by a deeply considered approach to representation.

Michael studied journalism in London, building a strong foundation in narrative, media, and communication, while Orla trained at drama school, developing an intrinsic understanding of performance and the creative process. This rare combination of industry insight, formal training, and lived experience has been instrumental in shaping RUA’s identity.
